1. Personal-use license
All wallpapers on Duskpane are free for personal use: setting them as backgrounds on your own devices (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet), including devices you use at work. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
2. What's not allowed
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing wallpapers (including in packs or apps);
- Claiming authorship of the images;
- Using wallpapers in commercial products, marketing materials or paid content without a commercial license;
- Bulk-scraping the library.
3. Commercial licensing
Need an image for commercial work? Email support@duskpane.com with the image name and intended use. Most requests receive a reply within two business days.
4. DMCA & takedown policy
Duskpane respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.
