You may browse the Site and download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with our License. You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download the library; misrepresent the origin of our content; use the Site to distribute malware; or interfere with the Site's operation.
2. Intellectual property
All wallpapers, text, graphics, logos and design elements on the Site are owned by or licensed to Duskpane Media LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Downloading a wallpaper grants you the limited personal-use license described on the License page — not ownership of the underlying work.
3. User submissions
If you send us content (e.g., artwork submissions, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review and, with your agreement, publish it. You represent that you own any content you submit.
