Duskpane Media LLC ("Duskpane", "we", "us") operates the website duskpane.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter or use the contact form, we collect your name (optional) and email address, plus the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) and use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. If you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and Google AdSense / Google Ads to display and measure advertising.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Site and its content;
- To send the newsletter you requested (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email);
- To respond to enquiries and takedown notices;

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months by default).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any right, email support@duskpane.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US under appropriate safeguards where required.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
